Terms of Use

Last updated: 3 June 2026

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern access to and use of the Overbox secure‑transport service ("Overbox", "the Service", "we", "us"), an independent service provider. By accessing or using the Service, you ("Customer", "you") agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. The Service

Overbox is a neutral technical reverse‑proxy and relay service. It receives traffic from a Customer's origin server and delivers it to end users over an encrypted HTTPS (TLS) connection. Overbox provides connectivity and encryption only. We do not host, store, originate, record, curate, select, or modify the content that passes through the Service, and we have no advance knowledge of it.

2. Eligibility and accounts

You must be legally capable of entering into a binding contract and must provide accurate account information. You are responsible for all activity that occurs through your account and for keeping your credentials secure.

3. Acceptable Use Policy

As a condition of using the Service, you agree that you will not use Overbox to transmit, deliver, or make available any content that:

4. Copyright complaints — notice and takedown

Overbox respects intellectual‑property rights and complies with applicable copyright law, including the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA), the EU Copyright Directive, and national provisions such as Article L.333‑1 of the French Code du sport.

Rights holders or their authorised agents may report infringing material transmitted through the Service by emailing abuse@overboxtv.com with:

We reserve the right to remove any Customer who abuses the Service to distribute pirated or unlawful content.

6. No monitoring obligation

As a neutral transport provider, Overbox does not pre‑screen or monitor Customer traffic and is under no obligation to do so. Our responsibility is to act on valid notices as described in Section 4.

7. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Overbox is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any loss arising from Customer content or from interruptions to the Service.

8. Indemnity
